Text that says Service Alert

Our online Utility Billing service and EnerGov will be unavailable beginning at 9 p.m. on Thursday, June 11, until 8 a.m. on Monday, June 15, due to a necessary upgrade.

We will have limited ability to process transactions in the lobby. Staff will accept drop-off payments only. Real-time payments, account lookups, and other transactions will not be available. Receipts for drop-offs will be issued once the systems are restored on Monday, June 15.

We will not disconnect any customers’ water service for late payments during this outage period.

We apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your patience.
