Melbourne Avenue, between Melbourne Court and Front Street, will be closed on January 30 at 8 a.m. and will reopen at 6 a.m. on February 1 for the Space Coast Food and Wine Festival. The City-owned public parking garage and the parking lot east of the Florida East Cost Railway, between Strawbridge Avenue and Palmetto Avenue, will be paid parking at a fee of $15.00 per vehicle beginning at 10 a.m.
