David Neuman represents Melbourne’s District 3 (view a map of Council Districts). He was elected to the Melbourne City Council in November 2024. He also serves on the Airport Authority Board and is an alternate member of the Space Coast Transportation Planning Organization. His current term extends to November 2028.
