Jenni Lamb is the City Manager of the City of Melbourne. The City Manager is appointed by the City Council and is responsible for the implementation of policies and decisions made by the City Council. The City Manager prepares a budget for the Council's consideration, serves as the Council's chief adviser, and is responsible for all City personnel.
