Flood Zone Maps
The division maintains Flood Zone Maps, which are available for viewing in the Code Compliance Office on the second floor of City Hall. Flood insurance information can be found on FloodSmart or FEMA's flood insurance webpage. You may download a copy of the City's Floodplain Management Plan Progress Report.(PDF, 135KB) The office also maintains Elevation Certificates and Letters of Map Revision.
Hours of Operation
- Monday through Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 4 p.m.
- Plans Processing Hours: 7:30 a.m. to 4 p.m.
Applicants must submit plans through EnerGov. Plans are reviewed on a first come, first served basis. Upon completion of review, plans will be either approved for construction or returned to the designer for Code required corrections.
Field Inspectors Office and Field Hours
- Most inspectors are available for phone calls during the workday.
- Field hours:
7:45 a.m. to 4 p.m.
- Workload may alter hours of availability.
