Notice of Intent to Issue Wastewater Discharge Permit

The City of Melbourne is issuing notice to provide an opportunity for any interested person to submit written comments concerning the issuance of a Significant Industrial User (SIU) discharge permit to the following company:

Embraer Executive Aircraft, Inc.

Melbourne, Florida 32935

The Public Notice period will run from September 29, 2025, through October 20, 2025.

The draft SIU discharge permit number 1027 is available for review between the hours of  8 a.m. and 3:30 p.m., weekdays, excluding holidays at the Water Reclamation Administration Office, 835 N. Apollo Blvd. Melbourne, FL 32935.
