Notice of Intent to Issue an Industrial User Permit

The City of Melbourne hereby provides notice of its intent to issue an Industrial User Permit to the following company. This notice provides an opportunity for interested persons to submit written comments concerning the proposed permit.

The Public Notice Period will run from September 25, 2026, through October 16, 2026.

Draft Industrial User Permit No. 1027 is available for public review between the hours of 8 a.m. and 3:30 p.m., Monday through Friday, excluding holidays, at the Water Reclamation Administration Office, 835 N. Apollo Blvd., Melbourne, FL 32935.
