Notice of Intent to Issue Wastewater Discharge Permit

The City of Melbourne is issuing notice to provide an opportunity for any interested person to submit written comments concerning the issuance of a Significant Industrial User (SIU) discharge permit to the following company:

The Public Notice period will run from February 13, 2026, through March 9, 2026.

The draft SIU discharge permit number 1030 is available for review between the hours of 8 a.m. and 3:30 p.m., weekdays, excluding holidays, at the Water Reclamation Administration Office, 835 N. Apollo Blvd., Melbourne, FL 32935.
