New and Improved Utility Billing Payment Processor Coming Soon

As part of our ongoing efforts to enhance service reliability and security, we are transitioning to a new payment processor.

This new payment processor and the city’s new online customer portal will help improve reliability and security. New online features will improve access to invoices and payment options for our customers.

Customers who are currently enrolled in the City of Melbourne’s automatic payment service will be receiving letters this week informing them of the change and providing next steps required by our new service.
