In this video, City Engineer James Ennis explains the steps involved in roadway improvement projects and how we plan out roadway maintenance projects to make them as cost-effective as possible. The Melbourne City Council has been proactive in dedicating a portion of property taxes to roadway maintenance and roadway care. This helps keep our roads in good shape and minimizes disruption to our residents, businesses and visitors.
