Fire Station 72 Community Meeting to be Held April 20

The City has scheduled a community meeting for Monday, April 20, at 5:30 p.m. to gather public input on the replacement of Fire Station (FS) 72 currently located at Jimmy Moore Park. The meeting will be held in the Council Chamber at Melbourne City Hall, 900 E. Strawbridge Avenue, Melbourne. The meeting will be recorded and available for later viewing. It will not be live-streamed. The community meeting is intended to update residents on two potential sites for the replacement of FS 72 and provide residents an opportunity to ask questions and provide feedback. 

This community meeting it is not a formal public meeting. This is not a City Council meeting, and there will be no formal action. The public input gathered during the community meeting will be provided to City Council for further direction at a future Council meeting.
