Delays in Yard Waste Pickup Due to High Volume of Debris

Over the past few months, repeated cold freezes have caused a significant increase in yard debris across our area. As a result, collection volumes are much higher than normal, and some delays may occur.

Please know that the WM team is working diligently to recover all outstanding yard waste and will continue working until everything is collected. We appreciate your patience as crews move through the community.

To help speed up service:

Place yard waste curbside in plastic or metal cans before 6 a.m. on your scheduled yard waste day.
If you have a large yard waste pile, please schedule it through WM’s Bulk Trash Pickup service.
Make sure yard waste is set out properly to avoid delays.
