The City of Melbourne’s Housing and Urban Improvement Division wants to hear from you!

We’re surveying Melbourne residents to identify community priorities for federal and state funding that supports low- and moderate-income families and individuals.

Your feedback will help shape the Five-Year Consolidated Plan (2023–2028) and will guide how these funds are allocated in our community.

Taking the survey is quick and easy, requiring only 3 to 5 minutes of your time. All responses will remain anonymous.
