City Council Meeting

February 24, 2026

The City Council is responsible for setting municipal policy, including passage of laws and the annual budget. By majority vote the Council hires a City Manager to conduct the City's daily business and a City Attorney to protect the legal interests and assets of the City of Melbourne.

Planning and Zoning Board Meeting

The Planning and Zoning Board meets the first and third Thursday of the month at 6:30 p.m. in the City Hall Council Chamber.

Melbourne Downtown Redevelopment Agency Advisory Committee Meeting

March 06, 2026

The Melbourne Downtown Redevelopment Agency Advisory Committee acts in an advisory capacity to the City Council for the Melbourne Downtown Community Redevelopment Area.
