The Melbourne Police Department has launched a new interactive map that allows residents to view reported crimes by neighborhood or by type of incident. Data is updated daily.

“We are excited to provide a newly added interactive map that displays reported crime in the City of Melbourne,” said Melbourne Police Chief David Gillespie. “This new function is a powerful tool that brings transparency and awareness directly to our citizens. Providing reported crime data empowers residents to stay informed, engaged and involved in the safety of their neighborhoods. Our goal is to strengthen trust and foster a collaborative approach to public safety.”

Please note the map shows the general location of incidents and does not provide specific addresses where incidents have been reported.

The map is available on our website at melbourneflorida.org/police.
