The St. Patrick's Day Festival begins at 8:00 a.m. and ends at 11:00 p.m.
The Festival will occur on New Haven Avenue, between Campbell Park and Livingston Street.
New Haven Avenue, between Campbell Park and Livingston Street, and Municipal Lane will be closed on Tuesday, March 17 at 6:00 a.m. through Wednesday, March 18 at 6:00 a.m. Portions of Waverly Place, Vernon Street and Grant Place will also be closed.
City-owned public parking lots will be paid parking at a fee of $15.00 per vehicle. Paid parking will begin at 5:00 p.m. and will end at 11:00 p.m. On-street parking restrictions will remain in effect during the event.
