The St. Patrick's Day Festival begins at 7:00 a.m. on Saturday, March 14 and ends by 1:00 a.m. on Sunday, March 15.
The Festival will occur on New Haven Avenue, between Campbell Park and Livingston Street.
New Haven Avenue, between Campbell Park and Livingston Street, and Municipal Lane will be closed on Friday, March 13 at 7:00 a.m. and will remain closed until 6:00 a.m. on March 16. Portions of Waverly Place, Vernon Street and Grant Place will also be closed.
City-owned public parking lots will be paid parking at a fee of $15.00 per vehicle. Paid parking will begin immediately following the St. Patrick's Day Parade (approximately 11:30 a.m.) through 1:00 a.m. on March 15. On-street parking restrictions will remain in effect during the event.
