The City of Melbourne Public Works and Utilities Department will be closing Bell Street between Tynan Avenue and Muldrew Avenue, in Melbourne, in order to replace a storm water pipe. The work is scheduled to begin on Tuesday, February 3, beginning at 9 a.m. and extending until Friday, February 6, at 3 p.m. A detour will be provided to route traffic around the work area.
