The City of Melbourne Public Works and Utilities Department will be closing the outside southbound lane of Babcock Street between Bulldog Boulevard and Hibiscus Boulevard, in Melbourne, in order to repair irrigation mains. The work is scheduled to occur on Tuesday, June 24, beginning at 9 a.m. and extending until 2 p.m. Maintenance of traffic will be provided to detour traffic around the work area per FDOT Index #102-613.
