An administrative waiver is requested to allow a six inch (0.5 foot) reduction from a 7.5 ft. side interior lot setback requirement to allow a side interior lot setback of 7 ft.
City Code Part III, Appendix B, Article V, Section 2, (D), Table 2A requires a 7.5 foot side interior lot setback in R1A zoning districts.
