Back to School Backpack Giveaway

Join the City of Melbourne and our Sponsors for this huge, free Back to School Backpack Giveaway event! There will be entertainment, prizes, haircuts, community resources, and backpacks with supplies to help everyone start the school year off right! One backpack per child (must be present), while supplies last.

The participant must initiate all requests for refund/transfer of fees. Parks and Recreation will provide a “Request for Refund” form to individuals when they request a refund or transfer. Refunds take approximately three to four weeks to process. The form must be completed, signed, dated and returned to the Recreation Office at the Community Center where the class was located in accordance with the refund schedules:

• Class/Athletic Fees/Summer Camp/Swim Lessons: Refund requests must be received in the Recreation office at least seven days before the starting date of the class or program. There will be a $5 per class/program administrative charge on all refunds.
• Memberships/Passes/Daily Fees/Activities, and Special Events/Shows: No refunds.
