Lane Closure: University Blvd., Nov. 24-26

The City of Melbourne Public Works and Utilities Department will be conducting repairs on sewer manholes, necessitating the following temporary lane closures:

  • The right westbound lane of University Blvd. from Carver St. to Leonard Weaver Blvd. Monday, November 24, to Wednesday, November 26, 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. (each day). The left westbound lane will be closed on Wednesday, November 26.
  • The right westbound lane of University Blvd. just west of Lipscomb St. at the intersection with Briarwood Blvd. will be closed Monday, November 24, from 10 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
  • The left westbound lane of University Blvd. just west of Lipscomb St. will be closed Monday, November 24, from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.

Appropriate traffic control measures will be implemented to safely guide vehicles through and around the work zone.
