High school diploma or GED required.  Bachelor’s Degree in Law Enforcement, Criminal Justice, Police Science, and/or related field is preferred. Minimum five years of experience in a training, education, instruction, professional development, military and/or police training administration is preferred. Any combination of 10 years of law enforcement experience and training in a law enforcement capacity. The candidate must possess and maintain a valid State of Florida driver license.
