Special events that utilize Melbourne public streets require permits issued by the City Clerk's Office.

Provided on this page are links to materials that reflect the nature and scope of permits that have been issued for upcoming events.

Maps are provided to indicate the areas to be affected by the event activities. Complete permit records are maintained by the City Clerk's Office.

Rainbow 5K

Date:  September 27, 2019

Hours:  The 5K Run will occur from 6:30 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. and roads will be closed from 5:00 p.m. until 8:30 p.m.  Pre- and post-event activities will occur from 5:00 p.m. until 10:00 p.m. and roads will be closed for this portion of the event from 4:00 p.m. until 11:59 p.m.

Location:  The pre- and post-event site includes Highland Avenue, between Eau Gallie Boulevard to Creel Street, Bud Yeager Drive, St. Clair Street between Highland Avenue and Guava Avenue.  See below map for the 5K route.
