all residential customers in the City. To determine if your address is

Reclaimed Water Service
Rates and Charges
Each new reclaimed water service customer must pay a connection fee:
$250 for 3/4", $475 for 1", $850 for 1 1/2" and $1600 for 2". Prior to
service, a backflow prevention device must be installed at the customer's expense. In
addition, there is a monthly fee of $9.00 for the first one-half acre of pervious area and
$36.00 for every acre of pervious area thereafter.
For New Customers:
The monthly service charge is based on the
meter size and includes an allocation of reclaimed water.
- 3/4 - inch meter - $8 - includes up to
16,000 gallons
- 1 - inch meter - $12 - includes up to
28,000 gallons
- 1 1/2 inch meter - $30 - includes up to
64,000 gallons
- 2 - inch meter - $45 - includes up to
100,000 gallons
The monthly gallonage rate is $0.50 per 1,000
gallons for reclaimed water usage above the allocated usage for each meter
size.
Exceptions for Large
Committed Uses:
A reduced rate structure may be negotiated
with customers who will utilize a minimum average of 100,000 gallons of
reclaimed water per day as measured on a monthly basis.
