Utility Account Inquiries
An online
account inquiry service
is available to utility customers. The customer
information needed in order to make an online inquiry is
printed on utility bills. In the upper, left-hand
corner of each bill is a listing of the Account Number
and a Customer ID number. The image below
indicates the location of the six-digit account number
and the five- or six-digit customer ID number. The image at
the bottom of this page indicates where the two numbers
must be entered at the inquiry screen. Customers
with multiple accounts can enter both numbers to access
individual accounts, or can enter the Customer ID only
to access all accounts.
