To open an account for water and sewer service, or obtain information about a current account, contact the Utility Billing Dept. at (321) 608-7100 or go to the Utility Counter located on the first floor at City Hall, 900 E. Strawbridge Ave., Monday-Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Metered water is the property of the customer and it is the customer's responsibility to make sure that all hose bibs, showers, appliances, faucets, etc. inside and outside the dwelling are turned off to avoid flooding.

To establish a new utility account, please provide the following information:
- Customer's Full Name
- Service Address
- $20 Service Initiation Fee
- Driver's License or ID
- Documentation of Lease (rental) or Ownership (proof of purchase).
- Deposit: The deposit amount varies and must be paid in advance of service with cash or check. Credit cards cannot be accepted for deposits. See the rate table for more information.
