How To Obtain NPDES Permit Coverage
Effective May 1, 2003,
construction sites that will result in a disturbance of
one acre or more, are required to seek NPDES permit
coverage under the Generic Permit for Stormwater
Discharge from Large and Small Construction Activities
(Section 403.0885, Florida Statutes (F.S.)

The City requires a copy of your NOI and SWPPP prior to
construction site plan approval.
