Purchases for services and/or supplies which
exceed $7,500 in total value are issued as formal
sealed
bids. Bids are routinely advertised in the legal section of the Florida
Today, and are posted on the bulletin board located in the Purchasing
Division, City Hall, and on the City's Internet site.
Instructions, specifications, and forms for submitting bids may be
obtained from the Purchasing Division
during normal business hours. All bids are received in accordance with
the Charter and Code of Ordinances of the City of Melbourne, Florida.
Bids are opened and publicly read aloud at 3:00 pm on open date unless
otherwise noted.
