The Single Audit Section

as required by the Single Audit Act of 1996 for state and
local governments that received federal financial assistance
and as required by Chapter 215.97, Florida Statutes for
local governments that receive grants from State agencies.
Rule 15c2-12 promulgated by the Securities
and Exchange Commission requires certain ongoing disclosure

sold on or after July 3, 1995. This section includes
