| P.A.L. develops
discipline, self-esteem, and positive moral values while encouraging
achievement and personal accountability. P.A.L. has been proven to
reduce youth crime, violence, alcohol use, and drug use.
The mission of P.A.L. is to foster a closer relationship between law
enforcement officers and the youth of our community, and to promote
cooperation between youth and law enforcement officers while
building understanding, respect, and trust. |
