| Pursuant
to Article III, Chapter 20, City of Melbourne Code of Ordinances
as adopted October 22, 1990, all fire and burglar alarms installed in the City of
Melbourne, Florida are required to be registered
with the Police Department. Police or Fire response to more
than three false alarms at a premise within a one year period will
result in a charge of $100 per response. New alarm systems
are exempt from billing for the first six months following initial
activation. |
