Any person licensed by the State of Florida Department of Business
and Professional Regulation is required to submit a copy of their
current, active State license prior to obtaining a Business Tax

/ CERTIFICATE REQUIREMENTS FOR PROFESSIONALS
Professional Services -
Each professional must have an Business Tax Receipt.
Additionally, if the business employs other non-professional staff,
the business is required to have a professional office Business Tax
Receipt.
