1. Business or Organization Name.
2. Web Address & Business Location Address.
3. Contact Person's Name.
4. Contact Telephone Number & E-mail Address.
5. Area of Business/Community Activities.

The City of Melbourne displays web links that have been submitted by businesses, organizations of general community interest, and other community entities.  These links are displayed as text-only at the City web site as a convenience for local citizens and visitors. All information submitted will become a part of the public records under Florida law and is subject to inspection on request.

The City does not endorse any business or organization that may be represented by a link.  The City has no ability to monitor or exercise any control over the content of the web sites accessed by these links. The City will display links for businesses only if they provide products and/or services that are available to the public without age restrictions.  No links will be knowingly provided to web sites with content that may be inappropriate for children.

The City will not link to sites of political candidates, sites that advocate a political position, sites that are primarily designed to offer opinion or commentary, or sites that are personal in nature. Links that appear to no longer lead to active websites will be removed from the City web site without notice. The City reserves the right to refuse any request for a link display, to change this policy as needed to best serve the citizens. and to discontinue the display of non-municipal links without notice.
