The Lipscomb Street Community Center offers convenient facilities as follows:

LARGE ROOM:
The large room is located on the east side of the building adjacent to the river. Glass panel doors provide a view of the river and patio area.
SIZE: 3,675 square feet
SEATING: Up to 120 people
COST: $231 + tax (Resident) $276 + tax (Non-Resident)
3 Hour Block Rental Monday - Thursday $73 + tax (Resident) $87 + tax (Non-Resident)

PAVILION RENTAL:
COST: $56
DEPOSIT: $25 security deposit, $25 alcohol deposit

Note: A refundable security deposit of $250 (full day) or $175 (3 hr. block) is required for each rental. Deposit is refundable as long as contract rules were followed. Security deposit must be in the form of a money order or cashier's check.
