BRUSH FIRE PRECAUTIONS
Fire Chief Paul Forsberg asks that citizens observe special safety precautions to protect your home and property during periods when weather conditions increase the risk of brush fires.
- Clear roofs and gutter of leaves and pine needles
- Clear at least 30 feet between your home and areas of heavy vegetation.
- Keep grass around your house mowed and free of leaves and pine needles.
- Keep flammable materials away from the base of all buildings.
