Pay Online

  • The account number is located at the top of your utility bill.

Pay by Phone

Call (321) 608-7100 and select Option 3 during business hours (Monday – Friday, 8:30 a.m. – 5 p.m.).

 

Request Automatic Debits

Automatic Debits from your checking account are also available.

A signed Automatic Debit Agreement and voided check are required.

Receive Bills by E-mail

Use this link to request for delivery of monthly utility bills by e-mail rather than on paper.

Electronic payment of e-bills is allowed but is not required.

City Hall Drop Box

Payments can be made at the drop box located in the parking lot directly in front of City Hall, 900 E. Strawbridge Ave., Melbourne, FL 32901

Payments put in the drop box after 8:30 a.m. will be applied the next business day.

 

Delinquent Accounts

Accounts are considered past due if not paid within 25 days of the billing date and are subject to late fees and service disconnection. Service will be resumed only after payment of past due balance and a $30 reconnection charge has been made.
