Submitting Your Calendar Information

Know about an upcoming activity or special event of community interest? Listings on the calendar are available to non-profit organizations on a space-available basis, so long as events listed are determined by the City of Melbourne to be of sufficient interest to a general audience.

Please provide calendar listings at least three weeks prior to the event that is being noted.

All proposed calendar entries should be accompanied by this information:

  1. Event title or description

  2. Date and Time

  3. Location

  4. Name of individual to contact for additional information

  5. Phone number and E-mail address (if available).
