Online utility payment service will be unavailable May 29, 4 p.m. until May 30, 9:30 a.m.

Melbourne Utility Billing will be switching over to a new online bill payment system on May 30. To do so, we will need to take our current system offline on May 29 at 4 p.m. 

The new online payment service will be available beginning at 9:30 on May 30. It will be more user-friendly than the current service and will offer easier options for making account payments, viewing past and current statements, signing up for e-bills and checking current account balances.

Payment by phone (321-608-7100) will be available until 11:30 p.m. on May 29, when that option will be offline too. 

At 12:01 a.m. on May 30, our new 24-hour automated phone payment system will be available at 888-818-5713. 

We will also be launching a new online live-agent phone system at 9 a.m. on May 30. This new service will be available Monday – Friday, 9 a.m. – 5:30 p.m. by calling 855-270-3592.
