Countywide updates regarding shelters, evacuation routes, causeway re-openings after the storm, and other important information, will be distributed by Brevard County Emergency Management on their Twitter and Facebook pages.

Debris Removal Progress Update: Oct. 22

Our debris removal contractors are working at sites across the city 7 days a week.

So far 81,320 cubic yards of hurricane debris have been collected.

Please be sure to separate your debris according to the graphic below and DO NOT park a vehicle in front of or otherwise block access to your debris piles.

Yard waste is NOT accepted in plastic or paper bags.

Normal household trash and bagged debris of any kind will not be picked up with disaster debris. Please follow your normal garbage removal schedule.
