Causeways Open; Driving Conditions Hazardous -- Please Proceed With Caution

Post Date:09/11/2017 10:28 AM
Main arterial roadways in Melbourne are open, however only one traffic signal is working.

At an intersection without a working signal:
--Come to a complete stop.
--The driver on the right-hand side has the right of way.

As you drive, proceed with caution. Be alert and watch for debris in the road, downed power lines, and flooding.

Do not drive on flooded streets. It's dangerous for you, and you could cause wave action that could drive water into neighbors' homes.
