Special events that utilize Melbourne public streets require permits issued by the City Clerk's Office.

Provided on this page are links to materials that reflect the nature and scope of permits that have been issued for upcoming events.

Maps are provided to indicate the areas to be affected by the event activities. Complete permit records are maintained by the City Clerk's Office.

Hours:  8:00 a.m. - 1:00 a.m.   Waverly Place and parking lots located behind Meg O'Malley's
             1:00 p.m. - 1:00 a.m.    New Haven Avenue (immediately following the St. Patrick's Day Parade)

Location: New Haven Avenue, between Livingston Street and Municipal Lane

Parking:  Public parking lots will be subject to a fee immediately following the St. Patrick's Day Parade.  On-street parking restrictions will remain in effect during the event.
