Special events that utilize Melbourne public streets require permits issued by the City Clerk's Office.

Provided on this page are links to materials that reflect the nature and scope of permits that have been issued for upcoming events.

Maps are provided to indicate the areas to be affected by the event activities. Complete permit records are maintained by the City Clerk's Office.

Friday Fest ***CANCELED***

 ***UPDATE - 2:00 p.m. - The applicant has notified the city that the August 11 Friday Fest has been CANCELED***

 Dates: August 11, September 8, and October 13, 2017

Hours: The streets will be barricaded at 4:00 p.m. and each event will be held from 6:00 p.m. until 10:00 p.m. The streets may remain barricaded until 1:00 a.m. to allow for proper clean-up of the event area.

Location: Downtown Melbourne (see attached map)

Parking: All public parking will be free. On-street parking restrictions will remain in effect.
