Regular City Council meetings are televised on cable
channel 199. Meetings
are the second and fourth Tuesdays at 6:30 p.m.,
and are normally televised six times in the following two weeks. Broadcasts are
at 12:01 a.m. on Thursdays, 9 a.m. Fridays, and 6 p.m. Sundays. (Space
